Job summary

A leading beauty brand company located in Edinburgh Airport is seeking a passionate Fragrance Consultant. In this full-time role, you will work 37.5 hours a week across a flexible rota, promoting luxury fragrance and beauty products while providing exceptional customer service. You will benefit from commission based on personal sales and product allocation after a qualifying period. Previous sales experience and love for beauty brands are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Sell Fragrance/Beauty products to achieve required retail individual and account sales targets.
  • Develop outstanding product knowledge for different brands.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver a total brand experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring engagement.
  • Communicate information to the Line Manager as needed.
  • Maintain company standards including excellent grooming at all times.

Primary Objectives and Main Role

We are looking for a passionate, fully flexible fragrance consultant to work in World Duty Free (WDF) in Edinburgh Airport. WDF is a leading global travel retailer with over 60 years of experience. As a Fragrance Consultant you will contribute to the overall success of the account through excellent product knowledge, teamwork and the delivery of outstanding customer service. Promoting, enhancing and maintaining the Company image and reputation to the customer.

Key responsibilities and standards
  • Sell Fragrance/Beauty products to achieve required retail individual and account sales targets set by the company.
  • You must be able to develop outstanding product knowledge to take into account all the different brands you will working with.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver a total brand experience.
  • You must provide exceptional customer service where traffic stopping is key.
  • Communicate information to the Line Manager when required.
  • Maintain company standards including excellent grooming at all times.
