What You’ll Do
  • Qualify and convert high‑value leads across multiple channels — inbound PPC, organic, referral, and repeat
  • Build deep trust with clients while crafting seamless, high‑end itineraries
  • Use our proprietary AI tools to accelerate quoting, track feedback, and learn from every lead
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product to evolve the entire sales journey
  • Hit revenue, satisfaction, and margin targets — then help us raise the bar again
What You Bring
  • 2+ years experience in luxury travel sales or another high‑stakes consultative sales role
  • A track record of delivering both results and remarkable service
  • Familiarity with AI tools, CRMs (we use HubSpot), and feedback‑based iteration
