Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of drivers.
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements for HGVs.
• Ability to input and control data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage Loading teams and HGV Drivers.
• Conduct driver pre-shift briefings and post-shift de-briefs.
• General management of Drivers.
• Complete R2C data entry and Scania grading/reports.
• Conduct return to work meetings and absence investigations.
• Liaise with retail teams and report near misses.
