Salary: Up to £60,000 dependent on skills and experience

The Analysis and Design Team consists of 60+ training professionals who are responsible for the analysis , design, development, and delivery of the multiple training solutions necessary to equip military personnel with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to successfully command, operate and maintain their equipment’s. Examples of the equipment’s for which we are currently undertaking analysis and design activities for a range of major Royal Navy & International Platforms.
As a Technical Authority you will provide the technical leadership over a small portfolio of training solutions, each with their own team of media and training designers, throughout their development lifecycle. This includes developing costed proposal, setting out the design vision for each, overseeing the development of each solution with a critical eye on safety and quality, presiding over customer facing working groups to progressively assure the training solution and ultimately supporting integration and acceptance of them.
