Job summary

A leading cyber security training provider in the UK seeks a candidate to manage, create, and grow training activities across multiple projects. This role requires extensive experience implementing secure training programs and collaborating with high-profile stakeholders. Qualifications

  • Experience of implementing and running highly complex secure training programmes – MANDATORY.
  • Experience of writing technical training bids and executing training across secure programmes – MANDATORY.
  • Working across several high‑profile stakeholders – MANDATORY.
  • Management of BT Security Policy, Assurance and Compliance – MANDATORY.
  • Management of HM Government Security Policy, Assurance and Compliance – MANDATORY.

Security Clearance

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting level Security Clearance. An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role.

Why This Job Matters

Manage, create, grow and maintain learning and development activities across multiple projects/contracts and capabilities within the sector. Be technically current and competent in a wide range of technologies to design, develop and deliver training, author technical documents and source training solutions from suppliers or vendors.

Location & Hours

This job role can be based within 30 minutes commute from Watford or Ipswich. Onsite (5 days office based). Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborative working across different areas of the business in virtual teams
  • Define and develop strategy and policy that supports planning, management, administration, design, development and delivery of complex secure and bespoke training interventions, solutions and programmes
  • Create technical documentation to support all L&D activities across the managed service
  • Determine strategy to fulfil contractual obligations to train customer personnel, planning, managing and delivering complex training programmes to meet multi‑million‑pound managed services
