Are you a graduate or career changer ready to begin your journey into teaching through a salaried, school-based route? Ralph Sadleir Middle School in Hertfordshireis looking for a committed Trainee Teacher to join their team via a Cover Supervisor role while completing the Grad2Teach Phase One programme.

As a Phase One Trainee Teacher, you will support lessons, supervise classes, and gain valuable classroom experience while working towards your Level 4 NCFE customised qualification, delivered outside of teaching hours to maximise your in‑school development.

Once ready, you will progress into Phase Two, where you’ll take on your own teaching timetable and begin formal Initial Teacher Training, completing your PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University.

This salaried route is ideal for candidates looking to step confidently into teaching while being fully supported by the Grad2Teach training pathway.
