Trainee Teacher – Cover Supervisor Pathway

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise classes across different subjects in the absence of the teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to ensure continuity of learning
- Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged
- Gain hands-on experience in a secondary school environment
Requirements to join Grad2Teach as a Trainee Teacher
- A degree (or working towards final year of study)
- A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics (and Science if training to teach Primary)
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
