Working alongside experienced Science teachers, you will support teaching and learning across the Science curriculum, gaining invaluable classroom experience while training on the job. As a trainee teacher, you will:

About You / Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated graduate trainee, aspiring teacher, or future educator with a genuine passion for Science and education.

You will:

Hold (or be working toward) a degree related to Science or a closely aligned subject

Training & Progression

You will complete Phase One, working toward a Level 4 qualification through Grad2Teach

Training is aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and national Teaching Standards

You will receive structured mentoring, observations, and professional development

Successful completion of Phase One leads to Phase Two, where you progress to independent teaching

Phase Two includes a PGCE route with Coventry University, enabling you to qualify as a teacher
