A teacher training organization is seeking motivated graduate trainees for paid teacher training roles in Essex. As a trainee teacher, you will:
Support Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Work closely with mentors and teaching staff
Gain structured classroom experience as part of a salaried teacher training route
Progress toward Phase Two, leading to independent teaching and a PGCE

You will receive structured mentoring, observations, and professional development
Successful completion of Phase One leads to Phase Two, where you progress to independent teaching
Phase Two includes a PGCE route with Coventry University, enabling you to qualify as a teacher
