To support the manufacturing process by carrying out basic production duties—starting with palletising—while learning to operate machinery and develop skills in injection moulding. Key Responsibilities
  • Begin with palletising finished products and keeping the work area organised during the initial training period.
  • Support day‑to‑day production tasks under supervision.
  • Assist experienced operators and gradually learn to run production machinery safely.
  • Develop understanding of injection moulding processes, equipment operation, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor machine performance and report any issues promptly.
  • Carry out basic product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
