Marston Holdings is seeking driven individuals to join our field operations team as Trainee Enforcement Agents, with full training and support provided to achieve City & Guilds Certification.
This is not your typical enforcement role. You will manage complex and sensitive situations, execute warrants, and address persistent rates evasion with professionalism and integrity. You’ll be a trusted representative of our organisation‑using sound judgment, handling high‑stakes interactions, and upholding the highest industry standards.
New starters will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a County Court Judgment check. In addition, the post holder is expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change.
