A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to work on a site in Southampton starting 5th January 2026 for up to 8 months. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a valid CSCS Card. This full-time position offers a standard work schedule from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch. The role involves managing both plant and local traffic to ensure the safety of personnel on site. Long-term work available for reliable trades.

Traffic Marshall

JRL / Midgard are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to work on a JRL / Midgard site in Southampton. This site is available to start on Monday 5th January 2026 and is for up to 8 months in duration.

JOB DUTIES

• Traffic Marshall Duties - working with both plant and local traffic
• 6 months work
• 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break (9hrs worked per day)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 years experience as a traffic marshall
• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
