Qualifications

• HCPC registered and fully flexible with shift requirements.
• Experience in health care work is beneficial.
• Knowledge and application of national regulations related to ionising radiation.

Responsibilities

• To provide accurate and safe planning and delivery of radiotherapy treatment.
• To support and advise patients and their carers throughout treatment.
• To work as a member of the Multi-disciplinary Team in patient care.

Skills

Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Able to prioritise and schedule tasks

Planning and organisational skills

Ability to synthesise information, consider and evaluate risks

Knowledge of principles and practice of radiotherapy and oncology

Education

B.Sc. Hons degree in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent

Health and Care Professions Council registration

IELTS Level 7 (for those applying internationally)
