A regional healthcare provider in Gateshead is looking for a Theatre Health Care Assistant to support patients during their surgical journey. You will work closely with the Theatre team, ensuring high-quality care across various specialties, including orthopaedics and gynaecology. The ideal candidate must have Maths and English GCSE or equivalent and show a strong desire to work in a perioperative setting. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment that requires effective communication skills and teamwork.
We are looking to recruit Theatre Health Care Assistant who will play an integral role at all stages of a patient's perioperative journey.
As a Theatre Health Care Assistant, you will be a valuable part of the Theatre team.
We have twelve theatres covering a range of specialities including Orthopaedics, general surgery, and are the regional centre for Gynae -Oncology. Our facilities include 2 state of the art Laparoscopic theatres and a robotic theatre.
