Join Our Team as a Temporary Assistant Events Planner

Triumph is looking for a highly organised and proactive Temporary Assistant Events Planner to support our Global Events Planner and wider PR & Events team. This role plays a key part within the Central Marketing function, helping deliver high profile international press rides, and corporate events that strengthen our brand visibility worldwide.

This role has an approx. end date of June 2027.

  • Hybrid Working - Generally 1-day working from home, 4 days in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage event operations, including crew logistics, accommodation, clothing, participant details, contractor coordination, and health & safety requirements.
  • Track budgets and handle reconciliations, parts and materials returns, market recharges, and reporting.
  • Support the team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Attend major events to assist the full event team.
  • Liaise with global distributors, subsidiary managers, and marketing teams.
  • Support wider PR, Events, Sponsorship, and Bike Fleet activities.
  • Assist with projects and perform additional ad‑hoc duties as required by the manager.
Skills & Experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Maths and English GCSE C/4 or above.
  • Self-motivated and resilient.
  • Flexible and adaptable. Able to take instruction and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear and concise written and verbal skills
Hours

Monday to Friday 39 hours per week.
