Qualifications

• Higher education in maritime/technical/QHSSE or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven QHSE management experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Knowledge of industry standards and shelf regulations.
• Lead auditor and investigation leader competence.
• Offshore training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve QHSE processes in line with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of QHSE professionals.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and management visits on- and offshore.
• Facilitate risk assessments and ensure emergency preparedness.
• Monitor compliance with legal requirements and ISO certifications.
