Overview

Technician / Senior Technician - Flexible Location (North West) role at Tetra Tech Europe. Location is flexible within the North West (Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester, Cumbria) with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful delivery of highways/infrastructure projects
• Prepare detailed highway/infrastructure design drawings using CAD software
• Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Support the planning and design phases of local highway schemes
• Provide technical advice and solutions as part of a project team

About You

• Minimum HNC qualification in civil engineering
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience in highway or transportation design; drainage design experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices related to highway design on the local road network
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, collaborative approach, and proven ability to deliver on time
• Team player with enthusiasm, flexibility and versatility
• Desire to build upon your existing experience and pursue professional development with Tetra Tech
• Hold a full UK Driving License
