Responsibilities

• Oversee the consortium development at Comeytrowe, Taunton.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the joint infrastructure.
• Deal with technical and design issues during development.
• Liaise closely with the appointed Cost Managers.
• Work closely with the Consortium Site Manager to maintain operational programme control.

Skills

Strong knowledge of land/technical/development process

Ability to create and manage critical paths and programmes

Previous experience as either a Project or discipline Manager

Ability to effectively manage all stakeholders

Able to communicate with all disciplines at all levels
