  • Excellent MS Word and Excel skills, capable of preparing reports for top level review.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an organised manner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production of FRAEW and EWS1 documents.
  • Progress Building Safety Case work and carry out Golden Thread audits.
  • Check information for accuracy, validity and completeness.
  • Issue all information to the assessor in a structured format.
  • Maintain a lookahead programme with the consultant.
  • Check the reports from the assessor for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare Technical Reports as needed.
  • Manage consultants and maintain tracker documentation.
  • Attend sites for meetings.

We're now recruiting for a Technical Manager to join us at Head Office.

What you should know

Ballymore is a family owned business, with over 40 years in establishment – we are remarked as an innovative and dynamic property developer citing over80 awards. At present, we're managing 11,000 homes across 12 luxury residential developments in London and are in search of a Technical Manager to join us at Head Office in contributing toour vision.

Important to note
  • Hours: 8:30 - 17:30
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
  • Location: E14, Canary Wharf
  • Work from home: 4 days in, and 1 at home (Friday)
What you'll do

The Technical Manager will be required to manage the production of FRAEW and EWS1 documents, progress Building Safety Case work and carry out Golden Thread audits. Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Collating all necessary information from A-site and Construction SharePoint sites
  • Checking information for accuracy, validity and completeness to a sufficient standard equivalent to the quality of information that would be obtained from site survey.
  • Issue all information to the assessor in a structured format
  • Maintain a lookahead programme with the consultant and flag any programme risks.
  • Check the reports from the assessor for accuracy and completeness and upload to A-site, Meridian and other systems
  • Make sure that our systems are up to date in respect of the above.
  • Working within the proforma provided and seeking all information necessary to populate the proforma report.
  • Check information for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare Technical Reports as needed
  • Manage consultants
  • Maintain tracker documentation either on excel or our management platforms
  • Attend sites for meetings
