At present, we're managing 11,000 homes across 12 luxury residential developments in London and are in search of a Technical Manager to join us at Head Office in contributing toour vision.
The Technical Manager will be required to manage the production of FRAEW and EWS1 documents, progress Building Safety Case work and carry out Golden Thread audits. Duties include, but not limited to:
