About The Role

We have an exciting new role for a Technical Customer Success Executive to join our team in Warrington! This role is office based, hybrid working is not available.

The Technical Customer Success Executive isresponsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey to an industry-leading standard, delivering exceptional service in alignment with company standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of contact for customers, internal colleagues and depots, ensuring ease of doing business and fostering strong relationships
  • Deliver accurate and timely hire contract administration
  • Follow up on enquiries to increase conversion rates and respond to invoice queries professionally
  • Manage off-hire requests and contract closures promptly and accurately
  • Upsell products using CRM data and cross-selling techniques
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment, services, and digital tools to provide accurate information and support
  • Proactively resolve issues to uphold operational excellence
  • Perform outbound sales calls to promote new products and reactivate dormant accounts to increase spend

  • Basic understanding of electrical principles and power requirements (desirable)
  • Knowledge of power equipment and hire experience (desirable)
  • Experience in a sales environment, or hire industry (desirable)
