Join our Hospital Team and work alongside a passionate group of professionals committed to making a real difference for the individuals and families we support.
Our Hospital Social Work team plays a key role in safe, timely hospital discharges, early intervention, and close multidisciplinary working across Furness and South Lakes, supporting both Furness General Hospital and the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
As Team Manager you’ll provide strong leadership and day‑to‑day guidance to the team, across both sites remotely and face to face, ensuring high‑quality practice and smooth transitions for customers from hospital back into the community.
