About The Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Team Leaders to join our client Brandon. In this position, you will support the Production Supervisor by overseeing a team of operators during the day shift. The role requires a hands‑on approach to leading production activities, operating machinery, and ensuring that all output meets the company’s standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of Operators to deliver daily production objectives.
• Operate production equipment and perform regular changeovers in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor production line performance, identify any deviations, and escalate issues promptly.
• Promote and enforce adherence to Health & Safety and GMP standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including shift handovers, production data, and quality control records.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance support to team members to foster continuous development.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your team, ensuring effective communication across shifts.

Day Shift

• Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience within a production or machine operation environment, with previous responsibility for leading or coordinating a team.
• Competence in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

• A reliable and proactive leader who fosters teamwork and continuous improvement.
