The ideal candidate will have experience in team work, effective communication and a proven track record of positively impacting pupil attainment, progress and well-being.The successful candidate will:- Have NVQ2/ L2 qualification or equivalent Have experience and /or qualifications in working with pupils with Special Needs and be willing to undertake further professional development. Be competent in the use of IT. Be flexible and versatile in a rapidly changing work environment.
