  • Salary: £32,916 - £51,046 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • Working hours: Permanent, full time or part time considered.

UTC Derby Pride Park are looking to recruit a suitably qualified teacher who can support the delivery of Health and Social Care and can also support the delivery of Human Biology. You will work alongside the staff team to further develop a centre of excellence focusing on Health & Social Care along with Human Biology. Under the direction of the Curriculum Director, you will support the delivery of a range of qualifications that utilises your specialist knowledge in the relevant areas. These could include Level 2 Cambridge National in Health & Social Care at KS4, Level 3 AAQs in Medical Science, Health and Social Care and Applied Science and A Level Biology.

You will be a highly skilled practitioner who understands the challenges of educating 13–19-year-olds in an employer‑led technology‑rich environment. Effective partnership working is critical to the UTC’s success. We also welcome applications from newly qualified teachers who have the skills and attributes to develop their expertise within our unique environment.
