Teacher (Maternity Cover) - St. Mary's CP School

Location: St Mary’s Roman Catholic Primary School

Salary: Teachers Pay Scale

32.5 hours per week

Required after February half term

Temporary up to 12 months or until the post holder returns; whichever is earlier.

The Governors of St Mary\'s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated, innovative and creative primary school teacher to cover a period of maternity leave, initially in Year 2. As this cover will extend beyond July, the post could potentially be in a different class from September \'26.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an inspirational, dedicated and highly effective classroom teacher.
  • Have high expectations of children\'s behaviour and achievements.
  • Have the ability to develop children\'s wellbeing and self-esteem.
