We’re on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global TA Team at M+C Saatchi Group! If you’re ready to level up from coordination to full ownership, this is your moment. You’ll be the driving force behind end-to-end recruitment, partnering with stakeholders, championing candidate experience, and shaping how we attract and grow talent across the business. The Role

From day one, you’ll take the reins on full-cycle recruitment, from role briefing to offer acceptance, while keeping the candidate experience front and centre. You’ll be the trusted advisor to hiring managers, the storyteller for our internal opportunities, and the data guru when it comes to regional reporting. You’ll also play a part in shaping our employer brand and mentoring junior team members. In short: you’ll be a key player in how we grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full hiring process for a variety of roles, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, advise on market trends, and deliver top talent.

  • Drive data and reporting for regional recruitment metrics where no TA Partner is present – turning insights into action.

  • Champion internal mobility by marketing opportunities creatively and helping talent move within the business.

  • Mentor and support TA Coordinators or junior team members as they grow.

  • Keep our systems sharp (Workday, Teamtailor) and processes efficient, spotting opportunities to improve.

  • Collaborate on employer brand initiatives and candidate comms that showcase M+C Saatchi as a destination for talent.

What We’re Looking For
  • Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment; even better if you have experience within the creative comms industry.

  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills - you know how to influence and advise.

  • A love for data and reporting, with an eye for trends and insights.

  • Creative flair for internal marketing and employer branding.

  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

  • Tech-savvy with ATS and sourcing tools; LinkedIn Recruiter experience a plus.

  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.

  • A natural connector who enjoys mentoring and collaborating.

  • Someone who bring energy, creativity, and a personable approach to talent acquisition.
