Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Craigavon

Hours: 37.5 per week flexi-time (core hours 10:00–16:00, Mon–Fri) – hybrid working available

In this role, you’ll partner with managers across Almac to deliver seamless recruitment processes and bring fresh, creative sourcing ideas to the table. You'll be at the heart of our talent strategy, helping shape the teams that support the advancement of human health.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate HR and recruitment system records.
  • Build excellent relationships with job boards, agencies and suppliers.
  • Support careers events and recruitment marketing activity.
  • Produce meaningful MI, KPI and compliance reporting.
  • Enhance recruitment processes and help expand our social media presence.
Essential
What You’ll Bring
  • A third-level qualification (A‑Level, HNC, HND or equivalent).
  • Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment.
  • Experience creating job adverts and participating in shortlisting/interviews.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practice.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills.
  • High levels of accuracy, confidentiality and customer focus.
Desirable
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. PAMS).
  • Experience sourcing talent via social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with online requisition systems.
  • Knowledge of Fair Employment Monitoring and Article 55 Reviews.
