Job summary

A technical engineering and construction partner is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage recruitment processes efficiently. In this full-time entry-level role, you'll engage in scheduling interviews, managing recruitment inboxes, and ensuring compliance with hiring practices. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This opportunity is based in Gerrards Cross, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Recruitment inbox
  • Extend verbal and written offer to candidates
  • Update and manage the recruitment tracker
  • Prepare and submit offer request form via DocuSign for offer approvals
  • Primary point of contact for raising Purchase orders via Coins for candidate placements
  • Liaise with agencies to resolve invoicing and credit note discrepancies
  • Coordinate career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and reference checks as needed
