Job summary

A local swimming club in Peterborough is seeking an Assistant Swimming Coach for a part-time role to lead coaching for the Competitive Pathway Squads. The successful candidate will support both Development and Performance squads and work closely with the Head Coach. Qualifications required include the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and a Level 2 Award in Coaching. This is a permanent position with potential for full-time expansion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must possess RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Requires Level 2 Award in the Principles of Coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching for Competitive Pathway Squads.
• Support Development and Performance Pathway squads.
• Work directly with Head Coach and Assistant Coach.
