• To assist children and/or adults as part of the swimming lesson programme.
• To communicate with children’s parents/guardians regarding their development.
• To assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool.

• Ensure customers feel supported and achieve their goals.
• Engage with customers and provide them with the necessary support.
