Job summary

A leading property management firm in the UK is seeking a Sustainability Manager on a 12-month contract. You will support clients in transitioning to a low carbon economy, enhance asset sustainability, and provide strategic advice on sustainability initiatives. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in ESG roles and a relevant degree. This role offers a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Act as Sustainability Manager for various clients.
• Identify sustainable portfolio improvement opportunities.
• Provide sustainability advice and data reporting.
• Assist with portfolio submissions and certifications.

Supporting clients in low carbon economy transition

Improving sustainability and social value services

Assisting occupiers in reducing costs and carbon emissions

Providing accurate and timely advice

Client relationship building

Experience with carbon emissions management

Understanding of UN SDGs
