Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills needed to lead a team.
  • Minimum qualifications required are Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
  • Prior experience in a Supported Living or Residential service preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Ensure correct training for all new team members.
  • Lead in recruitment processes and managing safeguarding concerns.
