Overview

Support Workers, Southport – Salary: £25,467 per annum, based on 39 hours per week; Contract Type: Permanent; Hours: Full Time; Job Location: England, Southport. Closing Date: 06 October 2025.

We are seeking friendly Support Workers to join our supported living in Southport. You will be committed to supporting autistic people to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. Our Support Workers focus on encouraging health and well-being with the people we support at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities
  • Support 3 people at our Southport service, tailoring support to individual strengths and goals.
  • Encourage participation in activities such as cooking and baking, arts and crafts, gardening, learning new skills, and local community activities.
  • Promote health and well-being and assist people to live as independently as possible.
  • Work with the team to provide flexible, person-centred support that reflects each individual’s preferences and needs.
