Staff support our residents to manage and learn to accept themselves as autistic individuals with their own unique set of strengths as well as any struggles they face.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day‑to‑day support and routine of the people within the service including:

• Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user).
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
