Job summary

A leading supported living provider in Rushden is hiring Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centred care in a residential setting. You will support individuals in daily activities, fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life. Shift Pattern: Monday–Sunday, between 7:30am - 9:30pm
Vacancies Available: Full Time(37.5 hrs) & Part time(21 hrs)

About Aspen House

Aspen House is a ten-bedroom residential care home supporting adults aged 25–70 with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. The home features:

  • Two living rooms, two dining rooms, a conservatory, and accessible gardens
  • Seven en-suite bedrooms and two communal bathrooms
  • Assistive technology tailored to individual needs
  • A warm, family-like atmosphere where residents enjoy birthdays, holidays, and community activities
