A community support organization is seeking a Support Worker to provide practical support to individuals in their daily lives. This role involves assisting with personal care and encouraging healthy activities, all while building meaningful relationships. Ideal candidates will have a flexible approach and be available for various shifts, including evenings and weekends. This position offers a starting rate of £12.21 per hour based on location.
Join our team as a Support Worker and enjoy a varied, hands-on role where you’ll develop practical skills, feel part of a community, and support people to thrive.
Being a Support Worker is different to what most people expect. No two days are the same. You might be helping someone cook their favourite meal, heading out to a dance class, or having a laugh over a coffee. It’s a role where you can have fun, build real relationships, and know you’re making a positive difference.
As a Support Worker, you’ll work closely with people both at home and in the community- supporting them with daily routines, personal care, staying healthy, and trying new things.
Our teams work flexibly across a range of shifts- including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins- to provide consistent, person-led support.
If you’re looking for a rewarding career that’s varied, meaningful and people-focused, this could be the one.
