A local employment service is seeking a Support Worker/PA to assist a young individual with social activities like going to the park and cinema. I am 18 years old with ADHD and learning disability and I live with my family and our friendly puppy in Bognor. I am bubbly, sociable, polite, conscientious with a good sense of humour.
I need support with social activities including going to the park, cinema, swimming, McDonalds, crazy golf, playing football, and occasionally supporting me at home.
You must be friendly, patient and reliable. Driver with own car required.
