Are you a positive and motivated person who is interested in supporting vulnerable adults to live the best lives possible? Are you looking to gain great experience in a satisfying job where you feel supported? If this sounds like you, maybe a Support Worker role with an award‑winning charity is the change you’ve been looking for!

At our Huntly service, we support individuals with a wide range of needs to live as independently as possible in their own flats. The people we support live in their own flats, shared flats or within a shared bungalow and enjoy spending time with people that listen and have a good sense of humour.

Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and also provide some support with: Medication administration, cooking and home maintenance, social support and support to achieve personal goals, managing the finances of the people we support. Our team provide support 7 days a week, so we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday‑Sunday and this will include some sleep‑over shifts.

Typical shift patterns include:

  • 10am – 10am the next day (includes sleep‑over)
  • 3pm – 10am (includes sleep‑over)
  • 7/8am – 12.30pm / 4.30pm / 6pm / 7pm

We are currently recruiting for a relief position.
