Role responsibilities

At the core of our mission is enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. On a day-to-day basis you will support with:

  • Socialising and attending community activities, promoting hobbies & interests.
  • Providing physical support, including helping with household tasks and personal care.
  • Supporting with life skills, such as shopping and money management.
  • Delivering individual support plans.
Training and Requirements

No experience needed. We provide full training and skills. You must have values such as kindness, compassion, empathy, and a desire to make a difference. A full UK driving licence is essential. Full DBS and referencing pre‑employed.
