Schedule/Hours: Full & Part-time available – Nights

Pay Rates:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care: £13.27 per hour
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care: £14.10 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with mental health needs to live empowered, fulfilling lives? If you hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and have at least 6 months’ experience in a Dementia care setting, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Specialist Support Worker, you will help us to ensure that people are treated with respect and dignity. Your approach will be empathetic, compassionate, and focused on ensuring that the lives of residents are fulfilled and meaningful.

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Supporting people to participate in appropriate leisure activities and activities of daily living, normalising life as much as possible with joy and happiness
  • Providing personal care with empathy and sensitivity
  • Receiving tailored dementia training to enhance your skills and the lives of those you will support
  • Collaborating with a passionate, multidisciplinary team

With good road access to Wessington Way, Lansbury Court care home is a single-storey modern home that has been purpose-built to provide specialist care tailored to both younger adults and older people living with dementia.
