You will complete assessments, deliver group work, and provide individual support to families. Bounce Back for Kids (BB4K) is a lifeline for children healing from the trauma of domestic abuse. We’re expanding our service and looking for new Support Workers to join our team – helping guide children and families on their healing journey.
You will play a significant role in supporting children/families affected by domestic abuse, some key responsibilities include:
A successful Support Worker will need a good understanding of domestic abuse and the impact on children and families (or an interest in working in this field), with experience of delivering groupwork programmes for vulnerable parents/children.
