A leading disability charity is seeking a full-time Support Worker to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities, visual impairments, and autism in Filton, Bristol. You will assist with daily routines, plan inclusive activities, and build meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and relevant care experience. A manual UK driving license is required. The role comes with training opportunities and an inclusive work environment, making a real difference in the lives of those supported.

Hours: 37.5 hours contract, full time, permanent
Salary: £25,525.50 per annum (£13.09 per hour) plus benefits
