Location: Birmingham, England, United Kingdom

Contract: Full Time (Permanent)

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £29,995 – £34,779 (plus incentives)

What You’ll Do
  • Support young people (ages 8‑18) with daily routines: getting ready for school, meal preparation, and activity planning.
  • Create a warm, homely environment, including light housekeeping tasks.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
  • Plan and join fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights, or creative projects.
  • Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You’ll Do It
  • Work within a home setting to engage children in creative activities that reflect their interests.
  • Assist with structure and consistency in daily routines, including morning and evening activities.
  • Be part of a supportive team that encourages collaboration and shared caregiving.
