We are hiring! - Supply & Purchasing Planner

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Supply & Purchasing Planner to join our supply chain team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone at the start of their career who is passionate about supply chain management and eager to develop in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

As a key player in our operations, you will ensure products are available at the right time, quality, and cost while working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

What you’ll do
  • Take ownership of supply and stock decisions
  • Support the creation and execution of supply plans to balance availability and inventory levels
  • Collaborate across teams (Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Demand Forecasting) to deliver seamless product launches and packaging changes
  • Build strong relationships with contract manufacturing partners
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as stock, service levels, risks, and forecast accuracy
  • Maintain accurate data in SAP S/4HANA and other tools
  • Coordinate with logistics and transport providers to ensure efficient inbound supply and cost management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the supply chain
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge (SAP) is a plus
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly
  • Fluent in English, with willingness to travel when required
