📍 Location: Livingston UK

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Service Coordinator to join our team in UK. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Supply Chain team by coordinating communication between service technicians and internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates on parts, materials, and purchase orders. This role helps maintain smooth operational flow by bridging information across departments and ensuring data integrity.

What You’ll Be Handling Day-to-Day:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service technicians regarding parts availability, order progress, and status updates.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between PTBO, MRF, and the Control Room Ticketing System.
  • Process Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) updates for Purchase Orders from OpusFlow and enter them accurately into the appropriate systems.
  • Reduce administrative workload by providing reliable support to the Supply Chain team, enabling greater operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and effective coordination across all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in administrative tasks, data entry, or coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, systems, or operational workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
