About the Role

Are you ready to shape the future of supply chain excellence on one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team and drive innovation, collaboration, and performance across our procurement and delivery strategies.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement a best-in‑class Supply Chain Strategy aligned with project priorities.
  • Lead relationship meetings with key supply partners and drive performance through KPIs and dashboards.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Champion continuous improvement, lean processes, and digital transformation.
  • Embed sustainable procurement practices and enable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Who we’re looking for
  • A proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in construction or civil engineering supply chains (desirable, not essential).
  • Ability to challenge norms, influence stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of legal frameworks and contract law.
