An international provider of digital and business performance solutions seeks an experienced professional in Supplier Development to lead supplier recovery missions and drive continuous improvement with strategic suppliers. Candidates should possess Lean, Six Sigma, and APQP methodologies, with experience in production transfers. This position involves monthly travel to Broughton, Wales, and visits to suppliers across the UK.

Qualifications

• Solid background in procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or program delivery.
• Experience in major production transfers or global industrialization projects.
• Ability to conduct capacity and industrial capability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex supplier development and recovery missions.
• Drive continuous improvement roadmaps with strategic suppliers.
• Facilitate transformation initiatives using Lean, APQP, and Six Sigma tools.
• Support cross-functional teams in Transfers of Work or industrial ramp-ups.
• Identify bottlenecks and ensure suppliers meet demands.
