A family-focused fostering service is seeking a Full-Time Supervising Social Worker to provide guidance to fostering families across the Midlands. Applicants should possess a degree in social work and registration with Social Work England. Fostering Together is seeking a qualified social worker in our around the Leicestershire area to join our family-focused specialist service which is dedicated to supporting children with disabilities and complex medical needs. You will provide professional supervision and developmental support, advice and guidance to a small number of fostering families based in the East & West Midlands. You will be part of an aspirational fostering team which upholds the core values and beliefs of the organisation and contributes to the growth and development of the agency. This includes ensuring that children, young people and foster carers receive a high-quality service, and that progress and achievements are recognised and celebrated.

This is a home-based role (our head office is in Kent), full time (37.5 hours per week), covering a caseload of families in the Midlands area. Occasional visits to the office in Kent will be required.
