• Previous experience coordinating subcontractor work activities.
• Experience in Facilities Management/Building Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor maintenance and reactive visits.
• Manage and update ECG’s CAFM system.
• Ensure compliance with client SLA’s and KPI’s.
