Work on diverse structural engineering projects, producing high-quality technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit. Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed 2D structural engineering drawings using AutoCAD
  • Create and develop 3D structural models using Revit software
  • Prepare structural plans, elevations, sections, and details to company standards
  • Interpret and implement technical information from structural engineers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the structural engineering team
  • Manage and organise project-related documentation
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of structural drawings and deliverables
  • Review and check structural drawings for compliance with standards and specifications
  • Liaise with architects, contractors, and other consultants on structural matters
  • Adhere to company standards and procedures
Requirements
  • Engineering Technician qualification (ICE EngTech or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in structural engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Strong technical drawing and structural detailing skills
  • Knowledge of relevant British Standards and Eurocodes for structural design
