Job summary

A leading infrastructure firm based in the North East is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will work on significant infrastructure projects across the UK while receiving support for career development and professional qualifications. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, structural design experience, and familiarity with CDM regulations. An industry-leading benefits package includes health insurance, annual leave, and contributions to commuting mileage.

Qualifications

  • Experience in design of new or maintenance of existing structures.
  • Experience delivering projects from preliminary design to delivery.
  • Involvement in the full project lifecycle including budget control.

  • Support clients with professional progression.

  • Experience in the design of new or maintenance of existing structures using the DMRB, British Standards and Eurocodes.
  • Experience delivering projects at various stages from preliminary design to delivery.
  • A good understanding of CDM regulations.
  • Experience in AutoCAD.
  • Professional qualification (EngTech, IEng or CEng) with a relevant institution.
  • Experience in industry specific software i.e., Tekla TEDDS, Lusas, Revit, Structural Bridge Design, etc.
  • Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control.
